Web Site Design Web site design and development is our primary area of emphasis. TransArk Communications can help organizations, companies and individuals develop web sites that will enable the sharing of a variety of kinds of information. We suggest keeping web pages simple. Although the nature of some sites require complex graphics, we usually recommend keeping web pages simple and clean. Sites that will load in fast are more likely to draw visitors who will stay long enough to explore the content of the site.   Because each site is unique, we prefer not to set a standard per hour fee for the initial site creation. Our first meeting with a client typically is a brief discussion of web site needs and objectives.
